Bird Flu. Confused?

I was really confused by this whole thing, and actually didn't care. Here is an article that you can read if you're interested in learning more about it.

Apparently, it is lethal to humans, it just doesn't pass between them. A little strange, but now I see why people are worried about it.

Honestly though, I don't think that it's going to turn into an epidemic.

Count your blessings. It's not a pandemic of bird impotence.

The whole bird flu thing is pretty crazy. Apparently, the danger is that if it jumps into people, the virus can mutate and become a people flu. It's also dangerous if it gets into pigs because apparently if the virus picks up some pig DNA, it can become easier for the virus to jump into people. There were enormous epidemics in the 1900s of viruses that originated with birds, so it's a real possibility.
