Our Perception

Is not reality. I find this fascinating, and I also think it's amazing that humanity has disproven the whole "seeing is believing" mantra, yet we still rely on it. . .

I love this stuff. I was a psych major, so I studied a lot of the reasons behind this stuff. Knowing how some of it works never took away the magic.

Check out these illusions. I promise that they are real. I was skeptical of some of them so I downloaded the files and opened them in image ready to see if, perhaps they were cheating and using multiple frames to fake the illusion. They were not. I assure you, these are actually static pictures. It's just your slimy little brain moving around.
