LETHAL, the iPhone application

image-main.png

I'm really excited to tell you that the iPhone application I've been working on with Elany Arts is now for sale on iTunes. It tells you all the dangers that could be around you, anything potentially lethal. Animals, Crimes, Diseases, Disasters. Fun stuff like that.

Here's the site.

Congratulations! It looks great! If I had $1.99 and an iPhone, I'd order it now :)

Very pretty app. Cool idea. I like the spinner selector for the state/area. I also like the example of the Great White Shark - great inside joke!

The community-generated content possibilities seem great for an app like this. You'll need a forum and a wiki before long...

"The scores are calculated based on equations..." - Equations? snore

The scores are calculated based on an advanced algorithm..." - ooh, impressive! ;-)

great suggestion, Peaj!!! We'll make that change. And yes on the community stuff, that's an upgrade we are exploring!

Like people could report whenever they see Brett in a van and it'll calculate the chance that Brett will fall out.

I'm afraid to find out how dangerous my area is. It would be nice if there were some sort of parental control to keep Merry from using the app. She's already afraid one of us is going to be murdered.

WHat about me in Detroit for the next three weeks?!?! I am pretty sure the LETHAL percentages for almost all of the above would be OFF THE CHARTS!!!!!

Hmm...I know where I can get $1.99 AND I have an iPod...I'll have to look into this! ;-) Congratulations, Jase!

I've got $1.99, a mask and a gun.

Should be enough.
