Winter 2001: Collin and Jason work together to finish off Jason’s attic, which would become the birth place of The Look Machine.
Summer 2002: Collin and Jason start writing and playing music together.
January 8, 2 AM: Ian hears Collin playing guitar in the basement. Unable to sleep, he gets up and joins him. Wanderings is written. One week later Ian joins The Machine.
Spring 2003: Isaiah, the musical genius, gets recruited and starts learning how to play the bass.
April: The band chooses The Look Machine as a name.
May 4: We play our debut concert trying to raise enough money to send Collin to Africa. It’s a great success. We get an encore and ship Collin off to Uganda.
Summer: The band members scatter to Newfoundland, Idaho, Uganda, Kenya and New York.
Fall: The band remembers their old songs, write a few new ones, and spend time recording the EP.
Tuesday, October 18: If I Knew What to Say EP is released.
Saturday, October 22: The band plays its first concert since the CD is released.
December: After an intense series of try-outs David Watts joins the band. Since then, we have been rockin' the east coast and recording our debut album.
