Pictures from Community Day
Thanks to Sha 'uri for these pictures. She also let us know that we were in her prayers, which is appreciated.

This last picture is actually courtesy Joe Kempista. Ian and I look very silly.
Random musings from the rock group the Look Machine. We're trying to make it big. Observe if you'd like.

.... what happened to Collin? Who is that strange guy standing in his spot...
all in all that was a great day...
thanks for putting on a fun show
I hired a replacement for the day, but he was butt ugly. I should find a more attractive double next time.
I really do look wierd in all of those pics. Maybe like I was bored? I don't remember. I was pretty tired. Maybe that was it. I think I just look wierd. Oh well.
Collin, you don't look weird. I thought it was really cool how you guys got the perfect autumn weather for the show. So much fun. When can we do it again?
I really like the fashion statement you were all making at the show. I called it, "the antithesis of style", but Jayson said that was mean. I thought it was the point. I mean, you guys are all good lookin' chaps with your own individual sense of style, of course, but I know that you don't bow to what anyone else thinks is fashionable or the proper attire for a stage performance. I just like how real you all are on stage.
The band as a whole spent like 14 seconds choosing what we would wear. We only took so long to decide because we were tired and it took 12 seconds to find something that was not too smelly. That is our general fashion creed... try not to smell too much.
the hair really threw me. I was expecting the usual lengthy locks. woah.
ME TOO!!! I chopped it on a whim. It feels good. It is noce and light now, but I miss the way it looks. :(
The things with our style is that we would be just as likely to wear those cloths just about anywhere we were going that day, whether it be church, or a football game, or just hanging out with friends. We don't have the budget for rock star outfits (yet. . .)
Yeah it took me a couple extra seconds to decide if I wanted to go with the red Nike hat or the black one...
David is the one who goes name brand with his fancy Nike hats.
Even if we look crazy, jason, I like the picture with the wold band in it.
The red added a little flair david... :-D
I would like to announce the fact that I made the first ever Look Machine music video! (the band doesn't have to be in it, right?) I would like to post it on the site or the blog or something if you would let me. "It has the Ian-Machine's approval and addoration."(Palkovitz, Ian) So yeah, it's to Fanatic. you all should see it. I would like to show the band sometime when you're all together.
That'd be... as they say... rockin awesome :-D
David, I must know, do you always wear a hat? I haven't really gone in depth on the pictures, but it seems to me that you always have one on. Collin, you know... I liked the dreads, but I think this particular cut has grown on me.. get it, grown?
It's pretty funny and very creative! You should see it.
The video or the the haircut? The cut is nice--but the video rocks! Collin, maybe one day you can grow up to be just like your little brother. (If you're lucky:) The band would be a smash-hit if you had his stunning looks!
HoSco...
Yup
Except to funerals, weddings and such. I would like to ALL the time but it's very frowned upon at some places...I just hate to put jell in, and if I don't jell, then I poof, like Ian....who would want to look like Ian?
Who wouldn't want to look like me?
You have to understand, David is just bitter right now because he lost a bet with me.
So David, I'm seeing a 'free-stuff' possibilty in your future life as a 'rock god' with the Look Machine. You drop a name or wear a product and poof, you get tons of it to your door. You may never need hair gel again. Ian's got the fro goin' on.. but it's like, him, you know? I think Ian should go for dreads now that Collin has moved to a more contemporary look.
I like to think that I moved on from having a look (that of a pot smoker) to having no particular look what-so-ever. I actually think that I would look like somewhat of a redneck (with flannel shirts etc...) if I didn't have a lip piercing and earrings. But now I actually feel like I have NO stylistic bondaries.
