Has anyone ever distributed deadly maneaters by animal type? Because 3 of mine are reptiles, and one is a fish. Maybe I'll try to figure that out.
Mammals can be scary too, Human, Grizzley Bear, Lion, Tiger.
I really want to know which order is the most dangerous type of animal. Does anyone know?

I am almost 100% positive that the deadliest animal is some sort of jelly fish. I think it is a sea wasp or something. It's tentacles leave huge burn marks in your skin from all the electricity.
Does it eat you?
Jason-- I recommend the book "Ultimate Killers: a Quest for the World's Deadliest Animal". I haven't read it, but it looks cool.
Merry is right, the sea wasp is in the Box Jellyfish family which are the most the most poisonous of all the animals, but in actuality not many people are killed by them when compared to auto deaths related to deer each year! And humans are also considered animals right?? So the "world's deadliest aminal" depends on your perspective of deadly...

heh and i was gonna say something like the jellyfish...i really have no clue which but i think laura is right. Depends on your perspective lolz i always thought deers were evil....kidding but you know whats evil? Cows! I think their deadly....*shudders*

Laura brought up an interesting point(she´s an interesting person you know). There is a huge difference between how potentially deadly a critter is and how many people it actually kills. For instance, more Americans are killed every year by ferrits than by grizzley bears. Gross right? but it´s true. If I had to wager on the animal that kills most people (aside from homo sapiens) I would bet that it´s the mosquito.
The animal that kills the most is the mosquito.
But what I'm interested are animals that can actually eat people.
Those are scarier.
hey, i know that the most poisonous snake is the yellow bellied sea snake... just in case you wanted to know... things that can eat people... bears, komodo dragons probably can eat people, sharks, barracuda(sp?), snakeman... but i know like ian was saying there are many animals that are very poisinous..poison arrow dart frogs...spiders, like black widow or brown recluse, um the box jelly fish(its a killer)it helps to pee on the sting...
anyways...you could put a big poison ivy leaf as an icon... or use a critter from lord of the rings smeagul.. haha ok ok i am done...
