Some new music
Based on a recommendation from my 17 year old cousin, I discovered music from the Anniversary. I like it a good deal, nice mix of male and female vocals and good unique music. Check them out. Sad to find out now that they have broken up! OH WELL.

I know that TheShane would really dig this band. Todd Mackey, the vocalist for this band used to be in Life In Your Way with Andrew Bradley. He left the band a few years ago and formed this group that really kicks a&&.
They just got signed to Victory Records and should have their first big record coming out this fall.

Ok and so before i get knocked off yet again... a GREAT band to listen to is Namesake. They are a local band by me but their becoming pretty well known and Nate is hawt haha kidding. Darby's 17 year old cousin. I think that means she's mine too, right? Or is she a cousin-in-law?
That would by my brother's wife's (i.e. sister in law's) cousin. That would make this girl my cousin-in-law once removed.
What a shame! I am closely related to this girl and I've never even met her! Apparently I don't even know my own family.
no, no, no...Courtney is MY 17 year old cousin because she is my dad's sister's daughter. She is Jason's and Collin's cousin too because they are married to my sisters. Courtney's kids will be our first cousins once removed and our kids and her kids will be second cousins. She really does have good taste in music...It runs in the family.
Check out Jealousy Curve's new cd if you get a chance. It's pretty good. Some of their songs have a heavy influence of Muse to them, but they still pull off a fairly unique sound.

Also, Anberlin's new Album "Never Take Friendship Personal" is fantastic, just like their first album. It's pretty weird how closely the singer's voice from Anberlin is to Nathan's voice from BSF.
