just to correct the comment made by shane - no way is hitch hikers guide to the galaxy one of the best movies ever.. the book could be called so, but the movie which is conceptually based upon the ideas of the book, is not amongst the best.
I was really disapointed b/c I loved the book and they changed the whole thing up. They left out most of the jokes from the book, changed the whole course of their mission, and then turned it into a love story (ugh).
We all know that the best movie of all time is Star Wars - Empire Strikes Back followed shortly by Star Wars - A New Hope. This movie doesn't even come close to the same level as those.
Sorry to diagree but I can't see to get anyone to discuss this with me other than my wife and she completly agrees with me.
The movie wasn't based on the Book "Hitchhikers Guide..." but on the horribly cheesey British TV series. Ian and I watched one of the shows the other night on BBC, then watched the movie Monday, and the first half of the movie was Word for WORD the whole 30-minute episode we just happened to have seen... So blame the British. (j/k)
I am indeed, as you say Collin, a UD student. However... I also commute and do not drive... no permit, nuthin... as far as I get is pretty much on the tractor. So... that then is why I can't :-\
How do you commute to school without a car? Couldn't you utilize that same form of transportation to get to the show?
My mom works here and I come in with her every morning. I doubt that she's going to want to take me to a concert at such a late hour... ah well... I pray you guys rock everyone's socks off!!!
