Summer
Summer is pretty much here now. It's getting all hot out and I want to eat ice cream every day. I have only one more week of school! It's going to be crazy busy, but after friday I am free as a bird.
Overall, I had a really fun semester. I decided to spend more time having fun and sleeping instead of just studying all the time. I am pretty pleased with the results. My grades aren't quite what they were last semester, but the biggest difference is that I was happy this time. Man does not live by books alone.
So here is my tentative plan for the summer: I'll take a week or two off and just have fun. Hopefully we'll spend a good bit of that time in the studio! By and by, I'll start working construction. I'll do that and take some capming trips for the next two months, then I am going to New York to work at a summer camp. It's shaping up to be pretty fun. What are you all up to?

you WHAT? how is it that you have only one more week of school? or are you not counting this one? *sigh* I'm so ready to be done! although this summer I'm taking statistics and working (yes, i know it's puny) 8 hours a week at the library. *cowers in corner*
Oh, I'm hoping to take IFST 201 next semester, which means I'd have your dad as a prof... have I said that before? yeah prolly... ok I'm kinda rambling... what's everyone else doing?

Aw! I have 3 weeks left including this one. :/ aw stink on that man. And this summer im going to camp! Yea! I'll see ya this summer how cool! Hey Collin, are ya going? I haven't seen you since...i was like 9 seriously and Nathan too. Oh....wow I havent seen him in a longer time. Shows how much i catch up with old friends :)
The only thing thats sad is how much the camp will change. I dont want it to change. I want it to be like when I was a kid and we had things like Bible man and M.I. and how we ate in the actual caf and not the back....sorry rambling. :/ I miss the old camp.
This summer i was going to work construction with Ian, which as some know is very hard work.
but then i got to thinking, everyone says a little hard work never hurt anybody, but you know, why take the chance.

This summer I will be fully immersed in the field of clinical diagnostic neurophysiology. I will be applying electrodes to patients heads using the 10/20 measurement system, viewing and recording their brain waves, making adjustments to filters and sensitivity settings when necessary, and then, once the electroencephalogram is completed, I will send the results the neurologist to dictate a report.
Oh, and I will be Admiral Von Schreiber in The New Candlelight Theater's presentation of The Sound of Music.
And I'll be playing Halo 2. For 30-40 hours a week. Naked.
1. Xerxes, I'll have you know, I HATE THOSE PATCHES!!! (the little sticky ones for eegs and ekgs... they suck.) Especially when you find them the next morning... ow.

Wow... I wish I were out this friday... I'm done with Spanish for the semester this friday, but not done with everything... that comes next... thursday *hangs head in disappointment)

I'll be at the Delaware beaches. Then going to Tampa for a training conference. Then going to LA for film school at UCLA. I will be busy. . . Then back by late August for whatever else comes my way.
Like maybe... lots of rock shows.
